Join Winnemucca's Hometown Dispensary

The Gold Leaf is looking for a friendly, sharp, dependable Dispensary Agent to join our retail team. If you love helping people, learn products fast, and take pride in doing things the right way, this is a great seat.

You'll be the face of the store, greeting guests, guiding them to the right products, ringing up sales, and keeping everything compliant with Nevada cannabis regulations. No two days look the same, and there's real room to grow.

Cannabis experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

  • Greet every guest with energy and make them feel welcome

  • Educate customers on strains, products, consumption methods, and dosing

  • Run the POS system accurately — cash, card, and check transactions

  • Complete new customer/patient intake and keep profiles accurate

  • Package and verify orders: product, quantity, weight, and labeling

  • Fill pre-orders and coordinate deliveries with the team

  • Keep the sales floor and waiting area clean, stocked, and sharp

  • Stay current on Nevada cannabis regulations and follow them, every time

  • Flag anything unusual to management right awa

What You Bring

  • 21+ and able to obtain a Nevada CCB cannabis agent registration card (required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year in retail, food service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role

  • Cannabis or dispensary experience (preferred, not required)

  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer skills

  • Strong communication skills and genuine attention to detail

  • Discretion with confidential customer information

  • Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
